At Afri Food City, your satisfaction is our priority. Because we sell food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have been delivered—for health and safety reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll gladly replace the item(s) or offer a refund where necessary.
